I am sure you are going to tell us that your chronic condition is not your fault. But the fact of the matter is that "Chronic"conditions use the biggest percentage of the medical services in this country. The vast majority of those chronic conditions are self inflicted by poor choices in diet and exercise. My family has no chronic conditions, The sharing plans are the only practical choice.
Arthritis caused by an autoimmune disorder. I just happened to be the "lucky" 50% of folks with the gene that started showing symptoms. If you can show me what I did to cause this, I'd like to know so I can tell my relatives who have the gene, but don't show symptoms yet so they can avoid it. By golly, if diet and exercise cured this, I'd be all over that. Exercise helps, but it ain't the cure.
