I have a Capital One Investing (formerly Sharebuilder) account that I buy stock with. I like it because it is dollar based, so I can buy fractional shares. They are selling their brokerage to E-Trade, which only allows purchasing whole shares. M1 seems to have what I want and they have the certifications, but I've never dealt with them before. Just wondering if they are reputable.
Anybody have any experience with this company?
