| We just got a 01' 2388 and used 30' 1020 header and we are having some problems with the auto header controls. We previously had 1688 with 25' head, so are familair with the workings on this brand of combine. The new one also has field tracker. We are having trouble getting the height and sensitivity set in a place where we can leave it for more than a hopper full. It seems after you dump the settings all are out of whack and then you get them set again and get over half full, the header wants to drag up and have to keep adjusting settings. It's not dragging up in the same place or side all the time, so don't think it's something on the head persay. Know with our old head we would have some trouble in soft black dirt dragging on the ends, but we are running clay ground right now. Any one have similair experiences or ideas? Thanks | |
