WC MN | I'm one of the relics who had been a customer for the last 35 years. Switched to on-line in the late 90's. At renewal in January, I noticed a large rate increase. I called customer service to ask for a reduced rate, which had worked well in past years, had sympathetic agents who wanted to keep our business. Not this time. The agent felt that I was still getting a good deal with a $100 annual increase. I asked to drop service and give me my money back. I was told the company policy doesn't allow refunds. I told her I felt better about the decision to cancel. | |
