He comes back under different names and they never have been able to stop him from signing up and posting for a few days. The last time he was on was around the first of September. It was well known his assumed name was him, but the mods let him stay. He kept that name for about a month. Then when the "frost scare" that really wasn't forecasted fell apart because it never was suppose to be, he was distraught and indignant. He started posting things to try to get kicked off. It was strange because you could tell he wanted to be kicked off; he wouldn't just stop posting like a normal person. So it would appear he doesn't want to come, not that anyone is keeping him away anymore than before.
