Good for him. On razor thin margins he only needs to squeak out a little over $6/acre to make a quarter Million $'s.
Of course if things go wrong he only needs to lose $6/acre to lose a quarter Million $'s as well. Probably wouldn't want to do that to many years in a row. But then again that's what bankruptcy is for.
