Washington Co Ks
Years ago my dad and I cut wheat for a neighbor. His wife had dinner ready early and we went to the house to eat and then start cutting. We were cutting with a 12ft MH 82. We were hauling with two pickups and had to really hustle to keep up. On the way to town on a dirt road that was powder dry a BTO was cutting. His wife brought a table and set it up on the road. They then took turns sitting down to eat. The road was wide enough for the neighbor and me to get by safely without having to slow up to much. I often wondered how much dirt they ate.
