If you look at some of the cold weather records for the month of April that are being broke they have surpassed records that were set in 1936 and 1983 both were not good years it doesn't mean just because it's cold in April that we won't raise a crop but it's higher than normal odds that a cold winter will be followed by a warmer-than-normal summer
