If I were having some bushings made I would oversize the OD. The bushings are hard and the other parts wear too. Then ream the wholes for the bushings to fit. If the parts that the bushing tightens to is wallowed out that should be addressed as well or you may not have bushings that are perpendicular to the arms. Then they would bind and wear more.
