I disagree, what is going to have more of an impact, a couple of lobbyists saying something at a lunch to a state representative or 10,000 phone calls saying almost the same thing.
Most guys would rather take the lazy way out (see what I did there Steve?) and just give some outfit $50 so they "did there part".
