Lac qui Parle County Minnesota | My son had his Eagle Scout court of honor ceremony this afternoon. It was a very bittersweet and proud moment. My wife Jen, who passed away last January, started my sons in scouting 10 years ago. I wasnt very enthusiastic about it but I was never involved with scouting. She wanted something to do with her two sons that was constructive and learning. Today was the accumulation of all that hard work and dedication. I'm also very thankful for Troop 322 leaders who promised my wife before she passed, to see to it that John completed the requirements for his Eagle Scout rank. The picture is me, putting on his Eagle Scout neckerchief.
