People along your roads are as dumb as the ones here. We get several deposits a year here, most with bills or addresses inside. Usually gone in less than a day after we call the sheriff too.
Doesn’t work here. They say just because somebody’s name is in the trash doesn’t prove that they are the ones that dumped it.
