SC Iowa | I attempt to track what is going on in the land market, and one of my tools is very, very simple.......I monitor the number of "tombstone" ads in the Des Moines Sunday Register for upcoming land auctions........at it's peak, there were 2+ pages of these ads, and in the past year, it has been as little has half a page, or less....
Well, the number of ads is on the increase, and it begs the question "just how deep is the land market at current levels"??
Those in the land selling business lament "the low supply of land available and tout strong demand".......we're going to find out if that is the case as this new flush of land comes on the market | |
