Properly sanitize the teats + Spectramast DC + Orbeseal (Internal Sealant) + External Test Sealant + Staph Vaccine (Can give a boost in spontaneous cure rate but is better as a preventative measure to prevent infection).

May seem like overkill but most people undervalue the cost of reinfection in the next lactation (antibiotics to treat, yield lag from infection, host to infect other cows and  keeping milk out of bulk tank)
