Garden City Ks | Yes if the specs decide commodities are undervalued they'll move in. They're still buying. Why do you think oil went to $150 barrel in 2008. Right now no one is paying attention to commodities. Look at the channel Corn is locked in. Something will cause it to break out hopefully to the upside! If you listen to the pros they are always talking about a rally due to fund short covering. Just because they aren't end users if enough demand shows up on futures it will reflect in the cash price.
On a side note do your figuring and figure out at the current market price what the value of one ear of Corn is worth. Doesn't it seem undervalued? Considering how much energy is in there? How many prime steaks it will produce? | |
