I also was not trying to compare apples to apples but rather answer the above question for myself. You also have to consider that there are more reports that come out when you extend the time of the study which I would argue affect the market too. My logic is that a market is where it thinks it should be, then usda releases info that cannot be known, and the market scrambles to align with their numbers. To me thats not a free market.
