| I looked at the charts and thought, huh, pretty benign response for price. Corn tested the low and bounced. Beans moved sharply lower and bounced. Wheat went lower and closed HIGHER. Did anyone notice that??? Did everyone forget that lows are often put in on the September report, especially with big crops? Try looking at some previous charts. Maybe throw some lines on them, forks, patterns, trendlines. Charts and technicals are good. Angry farmers complaining that the man is out to get them, bad. That's what we should be learning from, again. But most on this site never will. Oh well. Back to the charts. Let's get out the pitchforks guys! The chart kind, not the ones you pitch $h*t at the USDA with.
Edit: I agree, 2017 will be something to learn from. Charts. Technicals. Fundamentals. What the reports said and what they meant. What they didn't say. Less price movement than last year, but somehow it feels crazier.
