Confirm and verify. It really isn't that hard, usda can go to the farmers of the fields they run in and out of and get the dry yield after harvest, the catch is, they have to turn over their estimates. If they are unwilling to do this or don't do it, what does that tell you. This whole notion of using WAG and plugs etc is so absurd it is crazy.
