Were trying some this year, its cheaper then silage on a dry matter basis. Guys who buy it here say they can feed nothing but that to cows darn near since dry nuff. I'm in the ballpark your talking but that's delivered also. My dryland corn so short it won't ton up and too far to haul irrigated with wagons and if hire someone with trucks just the chopping bill I'm half way to paying for the husklage.

Guys here like better then silage. Quess ill find out I just want it for cows.
