I guess I wonder if the actual fundamental of the physical commodity (ie. frost, actual yield problems, etc) only serve as a source of news to report and not a reason to trade. The actual trade might be far more interested in where the numbers are in relation to the rest of their trades which often have little to do with what is happening in realville. They have enough money to buy our whole market several times over so maybe that is the real fundamental vs. a weather report.
