Subject: RE: North Korea agriulture

The problem with the leadership in North Korea is they don't care if their population starves to death. As long as they can buy/produce nuclear missles components, nothing else matters. The last time I checked, no parts or pieces of a nuclear bomb is grown or cultivated in a farm field. Therefore, it doesn't matter how big or widespread a drought is in North Korea. The country that has to worry about a drought in North Korea is China. They are the folks that will be trying to feed 25 million refugees when the North Korean people flee the country and go north into China.
