But the landowners suspected this and rent it to him anyway because it was unheard of rent. The previous renters told landowners the rent wasn't sustainable. They rented to them anyway. Unltimately it is the landowners greed. I hope they all don't get second half rent paid to them. They might change their methodology d then.
