Obviously I don't think this would ever work but it is interesting to think about. I would rather leave my son a bunch of $4000/acre land and a farm business that made money than a bunch of land worth $8000/acre and a business that loses money.
I may never sell my land but I sell my crops every year.

Quit trying to figure out how to get everyone else to lose money and go figure out how to make some.
