I'd say Ben has individual customers that want to buy farm direct and to support the guy raising their food. That would be a minority of those that buy natural and organic, simply because not that many people have direct access to farmers.
deere5010 is probably selling to a processor who in turn sells to a chain of stores - those are the folks that will be hurt by Whole Foods pricing and it's competitive pressure on other stores selling into that same market.
