If its a total slat barn with big pens that is properly soaked one guy should be able to wash roughly 100 spaces/hour.
Three 8 hour days would pretty well do it and you will be pooped after 3 days of washing. Its not particularly difficult work but it is boring and very tiring.
All you need for equipment is a decent sized power washer (5 gpm + @ 3000 psi), a bunch of hose, a gun, a rain coat/pants and a head set radio for entertainment.
If it isn't soaked good or has small pens you could easily be down to 60-80 spaces/hour. If its partial slat it could be much worse.
