I'm with you buckmaster, a person needs to think about retirement and the guy with land usually controls more than the guy without it. Furthermore, cash is always king. Lot of guys use cattle for collateral. You'll know them because check has to be made out to bank and owner both. But it won't be 100% without a good chunk of paid off land as a backup. |
