Wet wrap it now where it could be fed but kill the seed during fermentation and seed it to alfalfa in 2 weeks. Or till it right now and maybe in a week and then seed in two weeks. Fertilize, lime as needed and perhaps add gypsum. if you were to wrap it I would do it on the wet side.
