I expect lab meat will only take away a small share of the beef market. "Veggie-meats" will grab a bigger share. There will be three tiers of meat at McDonalds. The mcdoubles will be "veggie-burgers," the big macs will be real beef, and the 12 dollar sandwich will be lab-grown meat. | |
