Same farm as t-boss SC IA | It's been a tough summer here. Lots of heat...very little rain. While I've watched what I ate...it seems like the scales can be cruel at times. I still walk my 2.5 miles every morning & lots of days there are extra steps but the weight just hangs on. It doesn't help that I love too many things that have salt on them. I hear Von's voice in my head lots of days...but even it can't talk me out of some foods I decide I want to eat! I'm still in the same range I have been...I just wish it could be slightly less. At least I'm not gaining a lot...just not losing either!! |
