West of Broken Bow | And there are also the drum or pit barrel smokers. Also Known As UDS or Ugly Drum Smokers. I've been building these out of clean food grade 55 gallon barrels. For simplicity, I purchased the kits from Big Poppa Smokers. It does take a while to prep the barrels properly as well as measuring and drilling. The finished product is quite nice.
