Why would anyone allow someone to enter their property to take an inventory of your production? Market advantage is why. No other business that I am aware of allows their competition to randomly enter their property for production information. I would not allow it and I would have them arrested for trespassing if they did.
In Nebraska you can only be given a warning for trespassing for the first offense. If it happens again you can press charges. I found that out with a group of fox hunters that were on my property without permission from my local law enforcement. Stealing might be a different issue.
