I'm not trying to trap or embarrass anyone. What I'm trying to do is to present a generic sample and see the range of possible outcomes that can be predicted. I promise, the chart is of no further economic use to anyone other than to be a starting place for my thinking about possibilities. It's like solving a math problem by inspection.
