I assume that is replant. I've got some that doesn't look much better than that. Where is this??

Edited to included pics. This is 80 acres of replant corn with top drought scores. Best hybrids on the market. Crop insurance adjuster said I couldn't go to beans and had to plant corn until June 15th or 20th ? I laughed and said, well you are now looking at much more than replant claim, most likely a revenue claim if I can't go to beans. This is gumbo and if you don't get it planted early to mid April, your pretty much screwed. This was replanted mid may and last weeks heat fried it. This farm NW of St. Louis has had about an 1 inch since father's day, not enough for a month of 90's and 6 days of 100 plus temps with evapotranspiration rates peaking .4-.5 in per day. April corn is better, pollinated but tipped back significantly. Other farms look much better where better rains were received over the last month.
