Perhaps some of the ladies on here can tell me if this will work or not.  This morning I cut sweet corn off the cob, sealed it in vacuum bags, then blanched it.  I don't see why this won't work, it sure is easier than blanching the corn, then cutting it off and bagging.  Anyone else tried it this way?
