KS and NE in eastern 3rd | The area does not all look like the 1st 2 pictures but it's not hard to find corn that looks like the other pictures. It's more widespread on the kansas side, the counties of brown, nemaha and Marshall. On the Nebraska side it's southern Pawnee and gage. My farms in kansas are more productive than the one in NE. It's not a big enough area to actually effect the market but I'd find it hard to believe if there are not places worse off because this area is not even on drought monitor. | |
