Some perspective on what constitutes a rally may be good too. Back in the 90s and early part of the 00s a 20c rally was a sell. Lower volatility is a characteristic of supply driven markets. We got used to $1-2 rallies now scoff at 35c. Someday that will change again. In the mean time we have business to do and that takes cash, so let that be your guide.
