I purchased a small ozone generator to get rid of cigarette smell in used car we purchased. It took a few sessions but the smell was completely removed. Be sure not to be around and keep the room/area sealed up as tight as possible because O3 (ozone) is pretty irritating on the lungs in heavy doses. Don't go back to the room/area for a couple of hours after the generator has shut off and the ozone will have dissipated.
