At night you can try putting some kind of menthol product on your feet. Just something to create a different sensation til you fall asleep. Even a tensor bandage around the thigh can work. I've tried sleeping with one sock on. The drugs that can help restless legs are geared towards Parkinson's and tend to have nasty side effects. The magnesium helps me a bit.
Any home remedies or Dr. advice for restless legs?
