Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | fishand run - 7/9/2017 19:56 At little advice to get you ready to be able to run with your wife. Walking really doesn't do anything to make you a runner. Start by running a half mile then work your way up and NEVER stop while you are running (runners are strong mentally). The weight will peal off if you limit carbs and sugar and run enough to sweat after you are done.
Good morning Mike -
Have you been talking to my wife? That is exactly what she has been telling me. Yesterday she had me run for a minute, then walk for two minutes for the middle two miles. My joints are sore today! I have stopped eating carbs and sugar and I immediately felt better. Less "puffy" and tired than before. My problem with running is it just really feels like I am pounding on my legs. I wish I could lose the weight so I was more fleet of foot before I start running, but I guess that isn't going to work.
Slow and steady wins the race?
