Retirements are not going to affect land prices. How many farmers do you know that retire and sell there land? The rent check is there retirement.
As far as the equiptment it will get sold at auction and people will just skip the dealer lot. Bought a used drill for 1/4 the price of the same model new a few weeks back. Needs some TLC but no big deal.
