I do remember when bankers made decisions here. About 30+ years ago. I can't name a farmer that a banker is determining his strategy. Also can't name anyone that has went tits up around me for 30 years. Also don't know of anyone on the verge.

And I am in the middle of white dirt and hills.

I also see the new pickups (I have a 2015), the boats (I have one), the SUV's, the ATV's, the horses and trailers, campers, immaculate homes, lots of tile going in, plenty of new bins going up, vacations, etc.

If corn and soybean prices remained the same for 10 more years, I do not foresee any major changes.
