east central ND | All last fall and winter with bad basis up here in ND we were told how part of it was expensive freight, lack of cars, etc, etc. Two unit trains of hopper cars are now parked a mile from my house on rail that is hardly used. Basis is not really any better on soys - maybe a nickle, corn has gotten a bit better. HHHHmmmmm.
EDit: They just do not want our corn / soys. They could just say that and be upfront about it.
