No kidding Gary.  We had loads of equity and my previous bank threatened to collect collateral.  They did not take kindly to my comment of "do you need me to get trucks?"  Cost me $60K to exit that bank!  As soon as the payoff question was asked they decided to charge retro active default interest in the form of 21% for more than 30 days plus and even $25k for attorney fees.  Bank of Colorado (pinnacle banks) is such a bunch of good buddies of mine.
