I would definitely send her down the road, that does look like screw toe and it's genetic (or can be). I wouldn't keep her for a cow, especially if I plan on keeping any heifers out of her. Feet are something I've been trying to focus on in my herd, you can keep from having foot problems later on if they don't have the genetic disposition for it.
