| I am looking for opinions on what would be a fair percentage of the farms profit for what I am doing. I have been working on this farm since I was 13 and since I have graduated college I have basically taken over the operation. I do most all the planting spraying harvesting ex. I have been deciding the rotation and what verities we plant as well. I have been very involved when we trade sell or buy new equipment and when some one has a question about the farm from the local dealer to the coop manager to the neighbor wondering how the crops look they call me. I treat this operation as mine own and take great pride in the work I do. I have no idea what would be fair for what I am doing just looking for some opinions. Thanks | |
