Don't know but our town hired some shady Co to build a new community pool. Wife and I stopped by one day when it was almost done. It had so many cracks I told her it was a total loss would never work.
They ran it one season, leaked something like 13,000 gallons per month.
They ended up hiring another Co to come in remove the 'New' pool and install another.
