Shelby, MT | Does anybody have a recommendation on a good deep fryer for home use. I have been using a Cooldaddy deep fryer for awhile and I always suspected that it didn't heat right until last night when I was making doughnuts, I used a thermometer to check and the 375F it was suppose to be was ranging between 300 and 345. So I am in the market for a fryer that will actually heat to 375-390F. The catch is I really don't want one that requires 10 gallons of oil since I don't cook commercial and I don't do it that often so the oil tends to get wasted too soon. Any ideas would be appreciated. | |
