| BIG difference between closing and starting a loan. FSA/Beginning farmer loans take 2 to 3 months to process. They don't just get to closing day and then decide if they have the money. Applications are filled out and if the money is there they start the process.
One thing I didn't think about with budget cuts however is the fact that it is a loan. Not necessarily an expenditure. Basically has interest made to eliminate inflation losses for the government. | |
