| A buddy of mine and I help with the Ag sales.. I find it very interesting.. Fun to meet the kids.. Last year we had a kid that was REALLY awesome... And after we were done we talked with her a bit.. she said that she had been raised in foster care since she was 5... She told us what she wanted to do with her life and we both told her we had buddies that were sales reps for "industry" and some of those guys were WELL over 6 digits.. We then told her that she was TOTALLY capable of doing that,, She was blown away by that... On a side note it blows me away at the lack of math stills some have and lack of business skills.. stuff that their instructor should have had done.. We always make them sign a contract,, most don't have a contract because their teacher didn't know any better,, So we have them write it up on a napkin to prove a point with them that when something is signed ,,,,,,,,,,, its binding,, hopefully it sinks in... | |
