South Central Iowa | Yeah, it is the one that reminds everyone that we plant things. Stupid as it sounds, sometimes it seems the trade forgets that we do that and act shocked when they are reminded by this report.
I wish they actually replaced it with a weekly intentions number that was based on a 10,000 + farmer phone survey or something. They could start it in December and run all the way to June and the actual acreage report. Then market would not get this shock. | |
